My Gal
Josie
I just
have to tell you this cute story about my little
poodle...
I always buy ten pounds of
potatoes and sometimes I leave them on the
kitchen floor (in the bag) under the
bar.... My daughter (Julie) came over one day
this week and my lil' dog is always so happy
to see her, and just bounces all around her and
then tries to get her to sit down so she can
hop up in her lap...
This day she
hopped around her a few times, and then ran into
the living room and didn't come
back!

Julie and I
sat in the kitchen a few minutes and
talked... It was so unusual for Josie not to
be in there with us, so we thought we'd
better check on her and she what she was
doing...
So we went into the living
room, and she was sitting there in her bed
just straining her neck watching the door
for us to come in! So when we went in there
She just went bonkers...We sat on the couch and
she jumped up there and jumped down just
acting strange jumping on the foot stool and
all kinds of antics to distract
us...

Well Julie
finally looked in her bed and there among her
toys and treasures she had 2 POTATOES! and she didn't want
us to find her little stash! She had even
nibbled on both of them! I have no idea how
long she had them! But she sure was trying
to keep us from finding them!
We
laughed at her till we cried! What fun she
is! I'm so thankful for her and the laughter
and fun she's brought to this household!
She truly is a JOY to have, and I believe
she's a God given Gift! That's another story
I'll tell you one day....

Psalm 5: 11 - 12
KJV But let all those that put their trust in
thee rejoice: let them ever shout for joy,
because thou defendest them: let them also
that love thy name be joyful in thee.
For
thou, Lord, wilt bless the righteous; with
favour wilt thou compass him as with a
shield.
