Having peace with each other is God's will for us
And we can only do it if in Him we'll trust
We must rely on His Strength every day
And allow Him to lead us and show us His way

Patience toward each other is a quality He desires
Actually it's more than desired, it's what He requires!
He tells us to help the weak the sick and the lame
To put ourselves aside and honor His Name

And not to repay evil with evil toward our fellowman
But pray for our enemies and let Him reprimand
His Word says "Vengeance is Mine, I will repay"
We're to give them drink and food cause that's His Way

Deal with each other honestly and rejoice evermore
Give thanks in everything is God's Word at the core!
Nurture the Holy Spirit, and don't give place to the evil one
Inspect everything and finish the race we've begun

Study and ponder God's Word as His Spirit leads us on
That we may follow in His will as we are shown
Knowing His Love for us is unlike any we've ever known
And it gives us Hope as we travel the road toward home
