Jimmy's better than finger licking good Ribs

*******

Hi everyone
Time for some more cooking with the Capt. Jimmy that is
the shrimp man.

Today lets cook something up that is good and when you have
friends over it is loved by almost everyone. Everybody loves
ribs or I think they do.

Go to the local butcher and ask him to take ever how
many ribs that you think you might need to go around
to all the folks that will be eating them, and take them
onto the meat saw and saw them in half so that you
have two instead of one rib, or set of ribs. Now take
these home and get ready to make something that is even
better than finger licking good.

I like to take that thin membrane off the inside side of them
so that the flavors can get in, but you might not wish to
and that is ok, just up to you.

Now I like to take these and place them into a slow oven
(225 deg.) and cook them until they get tender. You can
place some liquid smoke on them if you wish and
they are even better.

Be sure to season with salt and pepper first of course
to taste. I love garlic and use that also but if you do
not care to, that is ok also.

Cover the pan with tin foil ( I know it is made with
aluminum now, but still tin foil to us older folks.
Takes 6 or 7 hours to cook these but they are worth
it and so good.

When they get tender to falling of the bone (remember us older
folks may not have good teeth so they need to be tender)
remove them from the oven and place them on the cutting board
and slice them in between each bone. That way they are easy to
eat and you can tell everyone that you ate a lots more than
you really did. hehehehhehe

Now your ready for the dressing for them.

Mix it up in a ratio of one 8 oz. bottle Russian salad dressing
to 6 ounces of pineapple juice.
This is enough to do about 3.5 lbs of ribs so if you have
7 lbs then just double it and use two times as much. heheheheh
more is better than less.

Place the ribs in a broiler pan and Brush this on one side then
broil until brown; turn, brush other side and brown.

Basic parts list ok.
Appetizer Ribs
3 1/2 pounds spareribs -- cut into individual
salt and pepper to taste
garlic powder or fresh
8 ounces bottle Russian salad dressing
6 ounces can pineapple juice

Matthew 6:  9~13

Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name.

Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.

Give us this day our daily bread.

And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors.

And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil:

For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever.

Amen  (KJV)
